On 23 June 2026, PMP took part in the Giornata dell'Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro (School-Work Pathways Day), organized by Confindustria Udine. Together with seven other local companies, PMP met around 50 first-year students from the I.S.I.S. Arturo Malignani enrolled in the experimental "4+2" educational pathway in Aeronautics, Mechanics and Telecommunications.
The initiative created an opportunity for direct dialogue between students and companies, giving participants the chance to learn more about the realities of today's workplaces, ask questions and discuss the challenges and opportunities of the business world.
Representing PMP was Christian Tam, Academy Manager and lecturer, who answered students' questions on topics including company organization, corporate social responsibility, decision-making processes and everyday working life.
